I have been in the health & fitness business for over 10 years helping to transform people not just physically but also mentally, getting people into the right mindset to achieve their goals through a mixture of healthy habit forming, planned exercise and focused dietary planning.
My main focus over those 10 years was helping obese and overweight ladies drop the necessary weight and body fat to live a healthier and fuller life!
I have also worked with special populations, predominantly with people with a wide array of physical and mental ailments with a specialty in post cancer nutritional care which has allowed me to immerse myself in the nutritional arts and deliver exceptional exercise and nutritional care to all my clients.

This varied but structured programme is then tailored to your own specific fitness level, preventing the body from reaching a state of plateau and encouraging optimal fat loss.
Diet and nutrition are essential elements of a successful health and fitness programme. Here at FIFStudio, we place as much emphasis on nutrition and diet as we do on personal training. It's important to understand the impact that diet has on your performance and how to maintain a healthy diet.
Sam will look at how the body responds and adapts to different nutritional stimulus and help clients implement necessary changes successfully so that goals become reality. The initial consultation includes a comprehensive dietary analysis, you will be asked to complete a food diary for 3 days which is then analysed.
I will evaluate how your diet compares with what you should be eating to achieve real results. From there, we will address your strengths and weaknesses and create a new healthy eating plan.
