Hi I am Melissa. I am 49 years old! I am from Los Angeles CA! I have lived in NY for 26 years. I joined Fountain house in November! I am a Nursery school teacher. I love the movies, the park, the gym, and the outdoors! My parents died when I was 25 years old! I am close with my Aunt Judi! We speak often. I see her on Sundays. I do enjoy cooking! The Culinary Unit is a good choice for me!

Hi my name is Lady Jay I was born in Brooklyn and have been a chef for most of my life. I Joined culinary in 2018 and it has been my home. I came to Fountain House looking for a place to interact with people of a like mind of myself where as I could be creative and out spoken. I love all forms of art which include cooking and fiber work. I also love the fact that Fountain House has the farm because it gives the added aspect of bringing me back to nature.

Hi! My name is Cres Guillen but you can call me Guill. I have been working in the Culinary Unit since October 2020. Prior to switching to social work on my last semester of college, I was a nursing student with plenty of experience in clinical settings. I like to cook but I love eating even more! Outside of work, I am always spending time with family and friends- both human and doggos alike. My favorite pastime is playing with my pitbull Princess and taking super long drives with no real destination and a whole lot of view.
