Mog Safe 1
This starts out at 50 storage inside your mog house. Can be upgraded to hold 80 items.

Super easy storage space once you get over to ToAU and earn some imperial standing. By speaking to Fubruhn paying an Imperial Bronze Pieces and completing Aht Urhgan Mission 2: Immortal Sentries.

Mog Safe 2
This is unlocked by doing all the nation mog exit quests. This is done by getting flowers in Jeuno and then traded them to cats inside each nation. It matches the same inventory your mog safe 1 has. I recommend doing this asap as it's by far the easiest, fastest and earliest inventory upgrade to do.
Storage
This is the storage you have by items you've places inside your mog house. The maximum amount this can be increased to is 80 slots. This is what I'd recommend second after the mog safe 2 to increase your storage. This is done easily via red jars by chocobo digging. See the digging guide for more info.
Mog Locker
This is unlocked after completing Aht Urhgan Mission 2. It starts out with 30 slots but can be expandede to 80.

This is unlocked through crafting levels! That's right a whole new reason to level up your crafts.

Mog Wardrobes
Mog Wardrobe 1-4 are unlocked and expanded separately, a few slots at a time by completing various Missions and tasks. Additional slots are also provided by unlocking advanced jobs (See table below).
Unlike QoL characters on CatsEye, CWs experience level capped zones and fights for missions.
Nation Mission wardrobe slot rewards are per-nation, for a total of +60.
Mog Wardrobe 5 is unlocked with Incursion Points. 1k per.
Mog Wardrobe 7 & 8 are unlocked with Venture Points. 300 per.
Ephemeral Box
The Ephemeral Box is a Crystal Warrior specific material storage, that can hold (nearly) all materials and collectibles.
