Notes: Save for future synths. Probably easiest to grab your ice crystals if needed from the garrison points turn in.

Water Crystal, 4 x Faerie Apple
Notes: Craft this if you want some early refresh food for yourself. Slight npc loss synth.

Fire Crystal, 1 x Wild Onion, 1 x Distilled Water, 3 x Blue Peas, 1 x Dried Marjoram
Notes: Inner Horutoto ruins at lily tower is the best place I’ve found to farm wild onions. Buy the rest from npcs.
