Notes: Lots of decent options here. I personally did bowl of puls until 21 then insect ball until 29.

Fire Crystal, 1 x Honey, 1 x Rye Flour, 1 x Horo Flour, 1 x Distilled Water

Notes: If you got the honey laying around it isn't bad otherwise it will be a loss synth.

Cooking (25/36)

Yield: Roast Coffee Beans x 2

Fire Crystal, 1 x Coffee Beans

Notes: Coffee beans used in a level 19 Alch synth and then that synth in a 68 cooking synth. Both of those ranges have other good options. You get the coffee beans in whitegate.

Yield: Meat Jerky x 2

Ice Crystal, 1 x Dried Marjoram, 1 x Giant Sheep Meat, 1 x Rock Salt

Notes: If you want a different synth this is a slight loss if you npc it or just use the food yourself. The field book tab food is better than this though.

Yield: Meat Broth x 4

Water Crystal

1 x Hare Meat, 1 x Dhalmel Meat, 1 x Giant Sheep Meat, 1 x Gelatin

Notes: These are great if you are leveling bst as well. They are 5k per from the merchant in upper Jeuno if you are buying. Craft a couple for yourself then move on. Get the gelatin via low level bonecrafting. You have to farm the hare meat yourself.

Cooking (29/40)

Yield: Insect Ball x 12

Earth Crystal, 1 x Millioncorn, 1 x Little Worm, 1 x Distilled Water

Notes: Great if you want to level fishing up and you will be using these for moat carp anyways. It is a profit npc synth. All the mats can be bought right in windurst waters close by the cooking guild.
