The Prop Master with Robert Walker is one of the first YouTube Videos that I had come across when wanting to make my armor, the templates he has provided below are what I made all 3 of my helmets out of. The reason they all look so drastically different (Other than the color) Is because it takes time and practice to get it right and By using the same template I found things that I was doing wrong or slightly off and was able to create a better helmet each time. He also has plenty of other videos on a Boba Fett Costume that I really recommend checking out!
Frankly Built is another amazing teacher when it comes to anything 3D printing. This is where I learned how to sand, and by scrolling through his videos there is so much other information to get from him. He also does occasional live streams where you can ask him questions in real time.
KamuiCosplay does everything EVA foam. When Eva was my material of choice she had just about every answer to all my questions when I was in the learning process. She also has templates on her website! Be warned she's is a PRO which means that everything she does looks like its factory made and perfect, while as a beginning it never will look quite the same. I had this problem when I would try to build something I saw online, but again practice and repetition is what made these people so good at what they do.
For anyone interested in lightsaber building this underrated channel is for you! State of Build SAVED my lightsaber project! His tutorials are great for learning and he links all the necessary websites and diagrams needed to build a professional grade lightsaber. I personally emailed him asking a question and he got back to me and answered my question which I did not expect, but he solved the problem and I was on my way. I highly recommend watching all of his videos to learn, he only has about 6-7 but they are relatively short and have so much info.
