As I start my class in every grade level, I always greet them with a warm smile. Asking if they are doing good and in return they will enthusiastically answer me.
In each grade level I handled, I have with me my Classroom Rules presented for the pupils to be aware and be responsible during class hours. From handling the 4 sections in Grade 1, 2 sections for Grade 2, 3 and 4 and 1 section on Grade 5 and Grade 6 has a little bit challenging experience but a meaningful one to be treasured.
I always see to it that my classroom fosters a conducive and productive learning atmosphere. One of my primary goal is creating a safe learning environment.
I will gladly and happy to share my Final Teaching Demonstration in Grade 6. I started my class with the Initial Activities such as greetings, prayer, saying words of encouragement and presenting of rules and regulations.
After which, I proceeded to the Core Activities in which in the Motivation Part, I gave a picture puzzle game that is in-line with the topic which is Animal Stories. I grouped the pupils into two groups. I can see the happiness that glimmers in their eyes. Moreover, I let them present their completed puzzle and later on gave a Top 5 Quiz Easy with regards to their activity. I am happy that they actively participate. I proceeded to the Discussion part and let them watch a fable story and had a meaningful exchange of ideas. Moreover, I gave them an Interactive Activity through a fun fair learning exit ticket. The learners had able to grasp what has been transpired in the teaching and learning process.
With this, I finally proceeded to the Closing Activities in which I provided a Summative Test and later on gave their Assignment.
The Instructional Materials I have used from the Initial Activities up to the Closing Activities are below.

There is also a link uploaded by Dr. Wawan the Universitas PGRI Semarang Youtube Account with regards to my Teaching Demonstration.
I have an ample time in preparing all the needed materials for my final teaching demonstration. I managed my time well and always follow my priorities. The time given in teaching English subject is 1 hour and 10 mins.
The activities that are being implemented in the teaching-learning process are well-planned accordingly. Moreover, there is no such hard time in organizing activities since I had smoothly delivered successfully my lesson. Indeed that there is no success without having a hard time and I came from that, I had to pressure myself to do the best that I can do in order to provide good quality teaching and be able to touch the mind and heart of the pupils. Nevertheless, all the pressures was worth it in the end. I am able to inspire my pupils and seeing them actively and happily told me how they are lucky that I taught them. I can say that it is a great accomplishment on my part because it is my duty to transform and transpire their life. I am inspired by the quote of Benjamin Franklin saying that " Tell me and I forget. teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.
An effective classroom management involves establishing trusting bonds with your pupils, motivating them to participate in their own, and opening up a little bit about yourself. A classroom environment that benefits students also benefits teachers.
My supervisor from Universitas PGRI Semarang and my cooperating teacher from SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang commended me on how I effectively manage well the classroom during the teaching-learning process. It is overwhelming to be praised by the great and well-competent mentors from Semarang, Indonesia.
In a nutshell, classroom management is the very heart of teaching. It is where the learners learning thrives and they will be dedicated to their studies and well-behaved.
The problems encountered in the SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang where I was deployed are as follows:
Some pupils cannot comprehend well yet in the English language, for instance, during the recitation, one of my pupils cannot share his thoughts through English so he needed help or a translator from one of his classmates.
In a week, the pupils only have 1 hour and 10 mins to study English subject, the hard part is that, the school only have one English teacher to teach the subject considering a huge population of the school and many sections from each grade level.
