SCHOOL PROFILE OF SUPRIYADI 02 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL UPTD EDUCATION PEDURUNGAN SUB-DISTRICT SEMARANG CITY
The Sekolah Dasar Supriyadi 02 Semarang is located at Jl. Udanriris III Semarang Kelurahan Tlogosari KulonKecamatan Pedurungan Kota Semarang, Kode Pos 50195.
An elementary school which was established on the year 2020. There are a total of 320 pupils with 28 teachers in the school year 2023-2024. The pupils and the teachers are kind-hearted, courteous and fosters good values.
Headmaster Karsono, S.Pd., M.Pd has been the Principal of Sekolah Dasar Supriyadi 02 for about 4 years. In our first meeting when I was deployed in the school, Headmaster Karsono welcomed me whole-heartedly with warm smiles and he makes sure that I am comfortable. Undoubtedly, he is an effective and good leader in the school as he trained the pupils to be well-disciplined and the teachers to be well-competent. Therefore, the school climate is a positive environment, truly a heart and soul of the school. It is from the eminence of the school that makes the pupils and teachers love it and eagerly look forward to attend class every day.

The realization of students who are sholeh and shalehah, faithful, knowledgeable, and charitable, who are competitive, based on "Akhlakul Karimah". Indicators of achievement of vision variables are:
1. Pious: having high spirituality.
2. Achievement: success in discovering one's abilities, developing talents and useful life skills.
3. Ethical: having behaviors that are closely related to good norms and ethics in living life.
4. Innovate: able to develop ideas and or be able to form new ideas in the process of learning activities.
5. Critical reasoning: able to face global competition and make the right decisions.
6. Care for the environment: able to care for, maintain and develop a healthy, beautiful and beneficial environment for the surrounding environment.

1. Organizing programmed and directed religious activities.

3. Organizing learning that is active, effective, creative, innovative, fun, joyful, and weighty.

6. Promoting academic and non-academic activities to get championships in every competition activity that is followed.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
(School Objectives)
1. National Education Objectives
- According to Law No. 20 of 2013 on National Education System article 3, it is to develop the potential of students to become human beings who are faithful and devoted to God Almighty; have noble character; have knowledge and skills; physical and spiritual health; a steady and independent personality and a sense of community and national responsibility.
2. Objectives of the Basic Education
- The purpose of the basic unit education level is to lay the foundation of intelligence, personality, noble character and skills to live independently and follow further education.
OBJECTIVES OF SUPRIYADI 02 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The educational objectives of the basic education unit level refer to the general objectives of basic education, namely laying the foundation of intelligence, knowledge, personality, noble character, and skills to live independently and follow further education.
While specifically, in accordance with the vision and mission of the school, the objectives of SD Supriyadi 02 in the 2023/2024 school year are to deliver students to:
1. Actively perform the five daily prayers well and solemnly
2. Students are able to read and write Qur'an letters with good and correct tajweed.
3. Learners are able to read, write and understand literary works properly and correctly.
4. Learners are able to communicate simply using English both orally and in writing.
5. Students are able to win championships in various academic and non-academic competition activities at the sub-district, city, provincial and national levels.
6. Students are able to perform various basic skills in the sports of games, gymnastics, and athletics.
7. Students actively participate in extracurricular activities organized by the school according to their talents and interests.
8. Learners actively participate in various activities that lead to habituation: clean and healthy lifestyle, discipline, care, courtesy, and tolerance.
9. Learners actively familiarize themselves with the cultural values of national character both at school and outside school.
10. Implementation of learning with SCEIJOLL (Student Creative, Effective, Innovative and Joyful Learning) based on science and technology to realize students who excel.
11. Providing basic knowledge and life skills as capital for independent living in everyday life.
12. Fostering a spirit of achievement and a competitive culture that is honest and sporty in championships / competitions.
13. Implementing the behavior of an orderly, disciplined, honest and polite living culture in everyday life.

15. Provide good coaching and habituation to be able to respond to situations and be able to address the problems faced wherever they are.
ACADEMIC SUPPORT SYSTEM
The Sekolah Dasar Supriyadi 02 is under the auspices of the Al Falah Islamic Education Foundation and also supported by the government. The support system plays a crucial part in the educational institutions as it helps the school and provides the institution’s needs. The Al Falah Islamic Education Foundation and the government financially supports the SD Supriyadi 02.
There is also a committee of the school wherein the parents are involved. The school committee or the parents are tasked in providing some moral and financial support in activities for both outside and inside the school.
Without a support system, a school cannot be founded. They were a crucial in meeting the demands of every child who desired to pursue education. The Al Falah Islamic Education and Foundation and the government finances and constructs the school, allowing students to attend for schooling. For the support systems, it aims to give the students extra help they require in order to achieve or be challenged in the general education setting.

A great teacher inspires every student to be like them. Teachers have a significant impact on the lives of learners, not just in terms of their academic progress but also in terms of their personal development. Teachers establish a long-lasting legacy that goes well beyond the classroom since they act as mentors, and role models in addition to their teaching duties.
All the teachers in SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang are competent enough. The teachers have a minimum education qualification of S-1 whereas 50% of teachers have a Master's degree and 90% of teachers are certified. Moreover, for the teachers to have a wider horizon there was an establish Team of Educational Trainers who are promoted to other educational institutions and also the school is organizing IHT, workshops, training, seminars at the national level in order to improve the quality of teachers in learning.
The character of SD Supriyadi 02 as an Islamic-based school will be implemented in every school program. The independent curriculum is an effort to realize the vision of Indonesian Education in realizing an advanced Indonesia that is sovereign, independent, and has a personality through the creation of the Pancasila Student Profile. SD Supriyadi 02 is one of the schools that participates in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) for the independent pathway to change. Independent pathway IKM schools change, namely schools where the principal and teachers implement the independent curriculum using teaching tools available in the Education unit, this is in line with the Vision of SD Supriyadi 02 to create a generation of smart, intellectual and morally good. As an Islamic school that focuses on developing holistic student learning outcomes that include competencies (literacy and numeracy) and character, starting with superior human resources (principals and teachers), the motto CENDEKIA (intelligent with Islamic character) will be the spirit for SD Supriyadi 02 to realize the vision and mission.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
This is the Organizational Structure of SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. We all know that every school needs an organizational structure since it plays a crucial role as it outlines how tasks, monitoring, and collaboration are to be carried out in order to accomplish the school's objectives. Basic functioning methods and processes are based on the structure of the organization, which also influences organizational action.
CLASS SCHEDULE IN MR. TAUFIQ'S ENGLISH CLASS
Here is the schedule of my mentor-teacher, Mr. Taufiq Ismail, S. Pd., who handles English Language. In each of grade of his class, I observed him on how he taught and employ teaching strategies and techniques. No doubt, he is an effective English teacher.
