CURRICULUM

The school curriculum consists of the structure, organization, and considerations created in order to enhance student learning and facilitate instruction. In the curriculum, it was included the necessary goals, methods, materials and assessments to effectively support instruction and learning. The teaching plans was anchored on the curriculum that is used by the SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang which was the Merdeka Curriculum.

Lesson plan is an essential tool for educators in the teaching-learning process. It provides a general outline on the teaching objectives, learning goals, and ways to attain them. A lesson that is effective is one in which the teacher and pupils both gain knowledge from one another, rather than one in which everything goes according to plan.

As I was deployed in SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang, I have able to grasped the way on how the teachers plan their lesson. Somehow, the Indonesian way of planning has similarities in the Philippine way such as that it is a brief lesson plan. All my lesson plans created was based on the Indonesian way. In each lesson plan I made from Grade 1,3, 5, and 6 is anchored on the Merdeka Curriculum and their books as the basis.

I see to it that the objectives and activities are in-line with the level of ability the pupils I handled in each grade for us to have a productive teaching and learning process. Moreover, my Supervisor from UPGRIS and my cooperating teacher in SD Supriyadi 02 gave me endless valuable advice and guidance, continuous support, motivation and sharing their expertise and their immense knowledge that imparts unto me. Forever be grateful to have the best and competent mentors from Indonesia.
