Welcome to my website!
My name is Felipe A. Guzman and I currently work as an Associate Professor of Management at the School of Business and Economics at Universidad de los Andes, Chile. I joined Universidad de los Andes on December 2025. Before, I was an Associate Professor at IESEG School of Management, France, where I worked there from 2018–2025.
My main areas of research include voice behavior, leadership, and language fluency in multinational teams. With my research, I seek to uncover the different ways by which individuals can influence others at the workplace.
