My name is Felipe A. Guzman and I currently work as an Associate Professor in Management (Leadership & Organizational Behavior) at the Department of People, Organizations, and Negotiation at IESEG School of Management in France. I am also the Academic Director of iLead--IESEG's research center on leadership. I joined IESEG as an Assistant Professor after I finished my PhD in 2018.
My main areas of research include voice behavior, leadership, and language fluency in multinational teams. With my research, I seek to uncover the different ways by which individuals can influence others at the workplace.
