My research efforts aim to put people in the condition to realise their potential and operate at the best of their ability. In order to reach this goal, my research projects have branched out in different but overlapping directions linked to the future of work, including creativity, how people react to artificial intelligence in organisational contexts, uncertainty regulation, and diversity.
