All Residents of Fearrington Village and Galloway Ridge are Welcome to Join!

 2025 Membership Fees

One time Initiation Fee (Owners only) $ 300 per adult

Annual Dues (Owners)                   $ 300 per adult

*Inactive Hold (Owners) $   25 per adult

Annual Dues (Renters)  $ 345 per adult

*Owners who will not be using the facilities this year, but wish to keep their membership, can pay the Inactive Hold of $25 per adult.  

If you do not pay the Inactive Hold fee and allow your membership to lapse, a reinstatement fee of $105 will be assessed when reactivating membership.

New residents moving to Fearrington after July 15th will pay the full Initiation Fee and 50% the Annual Dues.

Membership fees paid online via credit card will incur an additional 5.5% transaction fee.

Click on My Account to update your profile, update your interests, change your password

Click on Memberships to renew your membership

Pay for your membership with a credit card **(you can also pay by check).  You will not be charged for the initiation.

** Note that there is a 5.5% fee for paying by credit card.  This covers the cost charged by credit card companies.

NEW MEMBERS

You will be prompted to create a log in and password.

You will then be prompted to sign in using the log in and password you entered.

Enter your family profile.

Enter your interests in order to receive email specifically addressing these interests.

Pay for your membership with a credit card or by check. Checks may be left in the Swim and Croquet Box, located at the Swim and Croquet Mail Kiosk in the parking lot behind the FHA Office/Gathering Place.

Members may also purchase a key card for $5 or a lost membership card for $10. 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING BY CHECK

Make checks out to Fearrington Swim & Croquet Club.

Be sure to note your name, address and phone number should the Membership team have questions. 

Be sure to note if you are paying initiation fee, paying membership dues, paying for a key card or replacement membership card. 

Please drop your checks into our Club mailbox, which is located in the mail kiosk near The Gathering Place. Our Club mailbox is #18. Checks are picked up frequently. 
Once checks are picked up and deposited (cleared), the Membership team creates membership cards and/or key cards for the Member(s). This process usually takes 3-5 business days.
