All Residents of Fearrington Village and Galloway Ridge are Welcome to Join!

 2026 Membership Fees

One time Initiation Fee (Owners only)   $ 300 per adult

Annual Dues (Owners)                   $ 315 per adult

*Inactive Hold (Owners) $ 25 per adult

Annual Dues (Renters)          $ 362 per adult

*Owners who will not be using the facilities this year, but wish to keep their membership, can pay the Inactive Hold of $25 per adult, per year.  

If you do not pay the Inactive Hold fee and allow your membership to lapse, a reinstatement fee of $105 will be assessed when reactivating membership.

New residents moving to Fearrington after July 15th will pay the full Initiation Fee and 50% the Annual Dues.

Membership fees paid online via credit card will incur an additional 3% transaction fee. Membership fees paid via ACH bank draft do not incur fees; ACH payments take 2-3 business days to "clear."

RENEWING MEMBERS should sign in using their User ID and password

Click on My Account to update your profile, update your interests, change your password

Click on Memberships to renew your membership

Pay for your membership with a credit card **(you can also pay via ACH bank payment).  You will not be charged for the initiation.

** Note that there is a 3% credit card fee for paying by credit card.  This covers the cost charged by credit card companies.

NEW MEMBERS should write to us to request membership (or a tour).

Please include your full name, email, phone, and address with your request.

Include the above details for any additional family members who will be joining.

You will then receive an activation email from our member portal. 

Click on your activation email to create a log in and password. Bookmark the portal.

You will then be prompted to sign in using the log in and password you entered.

Enter/review family details to your profile.

Confirm your interests to receive emails specific to those interests.

Pay for your membership with a credit card ** or ACH. We no longer accept checks for membership.

Let us know you have completed the above so we can create your scantags, which will be left at the front desk of the pool.

Members may also purchase an extended-hours key card for $5 or replace a lost membership scantag for $10. We can accept payment for these by check, which should be left in the Swim and Croquet Box, located at the Swim and Croquet Mail Kiosk in the parking lot behind the FHA Office/Gathering Place. Please include your name, what the check is for, and contact information including email and phone.
