The Fond du Lac County Community on Transition (CCoT) is a collaborative effort of school districts, community agencies, and advocates working for students with disabilities to assist them in attaining their personal life goals and objectives.

The Fond du Lac CCoT group meets the third Tuesday of every other month during the school year from 8am-9:30am. Schools, agencies, parents, students, and community members are welcome and encouraged to join us!
