Rules

The rules were updated last year, based on feedback we received from you at the post-season coaches meeting. Throughout the season, please make note of any rules you'd like to propose changing and bring these to the coaches meeting on July 30th. Since you are all executing these rules, we rely on you to propose any changes. We will meet after the 10U Championship events and attendance is mandatory. For quick reference, the updates incorporated last year are linked on the Resources page. 

4-EVENT RULE :

In dual meets, a contestant may compete in a maximum of 4 swim and/or dive events, one of which must be either diving or a relay.
