The Supreme Court of Justice is the highest judicial authority in the Brotherhood of the United Blocks (FBU), ensuring the enforcement of laws, the protection of citizens' rights, and the principles of democracy. It operates independently of the executive and legislative powers, carrying out judicial acts in the name of the Sovereign of FBU, in accordance with the principles of legality, impartiality, transparency, and equality.
The Court is composed of three judges, one of whom serves as Chief Justice, and its rulings are final and binding on all institutions and citizens of FBU. Judges are appointed by the Sovereign for a four-year term and must possess legal qualifications, without holding any political office.
