Princess Elena monogram
Her Royal Highness Princess Elena (born on 24 February 1935, Romania) is the sister of Her Majesty Queen Constance I. Within the Royal House of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks, Her Royal Highness plays an active role, representing the Queen at official events and serving as Regent of the State when required.
Princess Elena graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, specializing in Romanian and French. After completing her studies, she devoted her career to education, working as a teacher of Romanian and French.
Her involvement in the institutional life of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks began in October 2020, when Queen Constance ascended the throne.
Princess Elena was granted the title of Royal Princess on 24 February 2021. Since then, she has served as a consultative member of the Royal Council, supporting educational, cultural, and charitable causes.
Her Royal Highness represents the Royal House at both national and international events, including ceremonies and meetings with dignitaries.

During her second regency, Her Royal Highness presided over the opening ceremony of the FBU Parliament, traditionally known as the Șuetă, delivering the Throne Message for the 2024–2025 parliamentary session.
For her distinguished service, Her Royal Highness has been awarded:
The “Faithful Service” Decoration (on the occasion of the 90th anniversary);
The FBU 15th Anniversary Medal.
Princess Elena is a deeply religious person, regularly attending church services and supporting projects dedicated to the restoration of places of worship.
She is passionate about literature and owns an impressive collection of classical works.
Queen Lucreția portrait
Lucretia was the first Sovereign of the Brotherhood of United Blocks (2012-2020). She was known for her youthful spirit, kindness, and loyalty to the community. Her reign was peaceful and helped establish the Crown’s institutions, promoting communication, collaboration, and respect among citizens. In her memory, the FBU community inaugurated the Lucretia Jubilee Park and a monument in Naoi, the FBU capital.
