The Monarchy of the Brotherhood of the United Blocks (FBU) is a symbol of unity, tradition, and continuity, with a primarily representative and ceremonial role, maintaining the connection between state institutions and citizens.
The Monarchy was established as a form of government in 2012. It consists of the Sovereign, the Royal Family, and the Royal Court, the administration that assists the monarch in carrying out their duties.
The Monarch (Sovereign) represents the unity of the state and embodies the continuity and tradition of FBU. Currently, Her Majesty Queen Constanța leads the Monarchy, serving as a symbol of stability and the link between state institutions and citizens. The Queen’s image is used to signify FBU sovereignty, appearing on currency, official documents, and government buildings.
The monarch’s role is primarily representative and ceremonial but operates in coordination with the government, within a system where executive authority is actually held by the Cabinet of Ministers. Specifically:
All legal acts and government decisions are signed by the monarch together with the responsible minister. The monarch always signs in agreement with the government, even if they personally hold a different opinion.
The monarch is inviolable and cannot be held legally responsible for official actions. Legal responsibility rests solely with the minister in charge of the relevant area.
The monarch opens parliamentary sessions and participates in councils of state and official ceremonies, representing the unity and continuity of the state.
