FBU is a democratic state, where power derives from the citizens. It does not have a written Constitution; the political system operates according to democratic principles and established customs.
The form of government is a parliamentary constitutional monarchy, where all state powers are exercised in the name of the Nation and the Sovereign. Legislative power is exercised by the Șuetă (Parliament), and executive power is exercised by the Cabinet of Ministers (Government).
FBU’s political parties represent citizens in the Șuetă (Parliament) and provide diverse perspectives on governance and community development.
The Cabinet is the supreme body of state administration. It exercises executive power on behalf of the Nation and the Sovereign and implements both internal and foreign policy.
The Șuetă is the unicameral national legislature responsible for passing laws and supervising the work of the Cabinet.
