Step 1. Take the ticket

Step 2. Bring both parties (together or separate) and get their stories

Step 3. Collect evidence, BLogs, Clips, and/or screenshots | NO WITNESSES ALLOWED [PLEASE USE YOUR BEST JUDGEMENT]

Step 4. Deliver verdict and punish accordingly using evidence you've gathered. If no clear evidence is found supporting either side, drop the sit and direct them to forums for a player report.
