[Management] 

- Owner -

Leads Community Operations

Roles include:

Leader of the community

Directing future of the community

Managing development

Overseeing major projects  

Overseeing the management team

Should only be contacted as a last resort.

- Manager -

Chosen to be the servers head representative & Directs all operations within the server.

Roles include:

Managing suggestions

Partial coding

Overseeing the entire Staff and GM teams

Writing and upholding the rules and regulations for both teams

Accessing and editing the MOTD

Handles perma-ban requests

Punishing or promoting senior staff and lower Management members

- Head of Staff -

Administrates the server staff and prioritizes they hold up to the expectations of the Owner/Manager/MOTD/and Staff Rules. Acts as right hand to the Manager. 

Roles include:

Accepting and denying Staff apps

Assisting the Manager overseeing Staff and GM Teams

Handles or delegates staff/player reports and appeals

Handles perma-ban requests

- Head Admin -

Head Admin(s) will be in charge of handling intermediate issues within the staff team. They also serve in an advisory capacity to the HoS and Manager.

Roles include:

Training new staff members

Assisting with staff applications

Assisting GMs

Handles staff/player reports and assists with appeals

Handles perma-ban requests

Punishing and promoting lower staff ranks

[Junior Management] 

- Superadmin -

The rank directly under Head Admin serves as a position of high knowledge of the staff team. Administrates Staff Mentor Program.

Roles include:

Supervising lower rank staff members

Training new staff members

Handling small conflicts in the staff team

Oversees normal ban requests

Directly assisting Head Admins with their tasks

[Administration Team] 

- Admin -

The most experienced Moderation Team members can reach the rank of Admin.

Key Roles include:

Running Weekly Staff Meetings.

 Handing out minor punishments within the staff team.

Updating Staff Team Roster!

Training Staff Members.

Working closely with the JMT team to ensure staff team productivity etc.

Other Roles include:

Solving small issues in the server

Handling ban requests

Providing advice to the Moderation team where needed

Admins have more authority to ban and are responsible for communicating with Senior Mods and Moderators in support of JMT.

[Moderation Team]

- Senior-Moderator -

Roles include:

Providing feedback on sits

Community interactions(being ready to answer questions about rules)

Improving moderation team performance

Picking up tickets if no MODs or TMOD are available

- Moderator -

Responsible for taking care of tickets and moderating the server day-to-day, reporting to senior mods, and following their direction. 

- Trial Moderator -

Trial Period of joining Staff. Responsible for assisting and shadowing Mods and Senior Mods during sits and handling basic tickets of their own.
