Punishment Guidelines

There are an infinite amount of situations you may come across as a staff member, as such it is impossible to properly inform you of every single detail and every single possible response. To best explain situations and how to handle them, refer here.

Please use your best judgement!

*Each additional time someone receives the max offense that results in the highest Ban Punishment, the time will be multiplied by the amount of previous similar offenses (Ex: Someone has 2 previous warns/bans for MRDM then commits another MRDM upon returning, the punishment would be 3 weeks)*

Random Death Match [RDM]

1x RDM - Warning (Verbal or Formal) + 600 Second Jail

2x RDM - Warning + 1 Day

3x RDM - Warning + 3 Day

4+ RDM (Mass RDM) Warning + 1 week ban

RDA (Random Arrest)

1x - Warning (Verbal or Formal)

2x - Warning + Jail(600 Seconds)

Fail RP

1x FailRP - Warning (Verbal or Formal)

2x FailRP - Warning + Kick

4x Fail RP (NITRP) - 1 Week Ban

NLR (New Life Rule)

1x NLR - Warning (Verbal or Formal)

2x NLR - Warning + Kick

3x NLR - Warning + 3 Day Ban

4x NLR - 1 Week Ban

NITRP (No Intent to Roleplay) - 3rd+ Offense FailRP
1x NITRP - Warn + 1 Week Ban
2x NITRP - Warn + 2 Week Ban

3x NITRP - Warn + 3 Week Ban

Prop Abuse/Prop Block/Excessive Spawning

1x Prop Minge - Warning (Verbal or Formal)

2x Prop Minge - Warning + Jail (300 Seconds)

3x Prop Minge - Warning + 1 Day Ban

Exploiting (Jobs or Otherwise) - Should be communicated to Management for confirmation

Punishments are more situational; majority of exploits will result in a perma-ban. 

LTAP (Leaving to Avoid Punishment)

LTAP - Warning + 3 Day Ban

Spamming (Chat, Mic, or Flashlight)

1x Chat/Mic Spamming - Verbal Warning + Mute/Gag 5 minutes

2x Chat/Mic Spamming - Warning + Mute/Gag 15 Minutes

3x Chat/Mic Spamming - Warning + 1 Day Ban

1x Flashlight Spamming - Verbal Warning

2x Flashlight Spamming - Kick

 
Disrespect (Towards Staff and or a Player)

1x Disrespect - Warning (Verbal or Formal)

2x Disrespect - Warning + Jail (600 Seconds)

3x Disrespect (Mass Disrespect) - 3 day ban

NCWS (Non-Compliance With Staff)
NCWS - Kick

Hate Speech (Racism, Transphobia, etc)

1x Above Conduct - Warning + 1 week ban

2x Above Conduct - Warning +  2 week ban

Mass Above Conduct - Warning + Permanent Ban

Erotic Roleplay (ERP) - Confirm with Management if confused on what ERP is

1x ERP - Warning + 1 week ban
2x ERP - Warning + 1 month ban
3x ERP - Permanent Ban

DDOS Threats, Advertisement of Other Servers, Attempts to crash the server

1x Above Conduct - Permanent Ban
