Use the Happy Returns Portal to facilitate most returns. 

Instructions 

Use the Happy Returns Portal to send a QR code, Pre-paid Label, or Packing Slip in the form of an email. 

If the customer does not have access to the internet, they will need to pay for their own shipping label with the carrier of their choice.

Details 

• The return information can be directed to different email addresses. 

• For Non-Service Failure Brylane home returns, the customers is responsible for the cost of return shipping and are non-refundable. 

• For Service Failures Only, after exhausting all resources using Happy Returns, advise the customer to return using USPS Standard Delivery  

• If $10.99 and under, use the postage adjustment to refund the out-of-pocket expense  

• If more than $10.99 the customer will need to fax or mail in a copy of the receipt for analyst review - fax number 1-866-810-8749  

• Selecting a service failure as the return reason will automatically waive the return fee
