Will I be able to see a Salesforce order in GUI?
Salesforce orders will be visible in both platforms. Full functionality will be available once the order is visible in either platform.
How can I determine if an order was placed on the website?
All SFCC orders will begin with the number 400.
Can a memo be submitted for a coupon adjustment?
No, an operator reminder should be left if the customer contacted us within 24 hours of the purchase
Can any changes, i.e., size, color, or quantity be made once an order is submitted?
No changes can be made to an order. The only option is to cancel if not pulled.
Can a customer place an order without an email address?
All SFCC customers must have an email address.
How will I be able to tell the call is from the website?
The phone will display RM Web, WW Web, etc. in the phone display.
