Happy Returns Portal
Updates: List of January to October 2024 Coupon & January to First of December 2025 Codes, Catalog Viewer (03/23/2026), and Qbot Alerts (03/11/2026)).
Sign into the admin portal using https://dashboard.happyreturns.com/p/login
Once logged in, you will see the following
On the top lefthand side of the screen, click on Start a Return. This will allow you to send out a return label or a QR code to the customer’s email address.
Click your name on the top righthand side of the screen, you will have the option of switching between brands and logging out.
In the “What are you looking for?” section, input the Express Code, Client Email, Order #, PO, Return Bag ID or Tracking Number to locate a return. Ensure to use the dropdown menu to select the correct category inputted.
The middle location will provide information needed to determine if a refund is required
The 5 Refund Status Include:
Complete – All items were approved on the request
Started – A return has been initiated but not taken to a return bar; Mail returns must be tracked to check for any updates
Partial – Only some items were returned from the original request
Failed – Issue with return(Check for credit in GUI, adjust if not shown)
Expired - The customer did not return the item(s) within 30 days
