Availability of Services
Services are available to adults aged 60 and older who live in Fayette, Greene and Washington counties. Some services are also available to adults aged 18 and older living with disabilities and to caregivers of older adults.

Questions and Pre-screenings
If you want to learn more about in-home or community services, the Information and Assistance Unit staff can answer questions and conduct pre-screenings. They can also make connections to other community resources and programs. Â

Or, fill out the online Google form
Once they receive the form, staff will call the person needing help to gather more information and start the process.
