Welcome to our class, here are thing to practice as you walk into your class…

Starting your class:

· Get here 5 min prior to the bell

· Look at the sitting plan for the day that is posted just outside of the classroom to find your sitting number

· When you arrive, first wash your hand for 20 sec or use a pump of provided hand sanitizer located at the class entrance before sitting down

· Always wear your beautiful smiles and your masks…

· If you come in late, sign in on the late list, so you will not be marked absent

· If you need to use the washroom or drink water, wait till attendance is taken and then ask

· Always come to the class prepared and excited to make wonderful creations

· If you are not feeling well, let me know right a way and we come up with a plan together to overcome the situation

While in the Class:

· Practice kindness while working by offering help to your fellow classmates and sharing your knowledge

· Always keep your Lanyards on!

· Always stay on task and know your module’s exact due dates

· Always remain in the class to work on your project unless you are given direct instruction to work in the stadium

· Sanitize your designated sewing machine before and after using it very carefully

· Take a good care of your sewing machine, cutting tools, etc.

· Always sit at your designated spot and work with your given sewing machine

· If you discover a problem with your sewing machine, let me know right away and don’t try to fix it

· Only one student at the time could leave the class for washroom/water break by letting me know and by signing out and in of the exact time

Leaving the Class:

· Stop working 10 minutes to the bell and clean your work area, put back all the tools and notions that you used in their correct place (i.e. Scissors, rulers, pencils, fabrics, etc. ) put the garbage in the garbage can and put your project inside your personal fashion bin

· Put your project in your backpack

· Sanitize your designated desk & chair

· Push your chair in before leaving the class

· Wash your hand for 20 sec before leaving the class

· Don’t leave the class till the bell goes

· If you are in the last class of the day, leave the building directly
