Many children around the world in alternative care experience high ACE scores. These children often have chronic health conditions, lack emotional support, and some even struggle to have their physical needs met. "Strong Roots for Strong Futures" is a campaign that focuses on trauma-informed care training, social media and webinar outreach, improving health literacy, and strengthening sibling relationships. This project will focus on a two-location approach in both the United States and Ghana. The project includes creating a database for tracking cases of child welfare laws, providing education to improve health literacy, and providing access to support aids to strengthen families and foster sibling relationships.
