I'm Matthew Montano, and this is the Vault-Tec Fallout Universe system. This site will help guide you, through the unique and bizarre community that Fallout has to offer. This is a community that spans over 2 decades, with the creation of the first Fallout game back in 1997. Back then, it was relatively niche community, but today there are well over millions of people that love the Fallout series and everything that comes with it.
