Thank you for joining us in co-creating the themes for our next strategic plan! Together, we can build a more equitable and successful future for Grossmont College students and the college as a whole!

We invite you to join one of two Strategic Planning Workshop sessions hosted by the College Planning and Institutional Effectiveness Office via Zoom!

Workshop Outcomes

Centering on our new vision, mission, and values...

• Center on our new mission, vision, and values

  • Pending board approval on November 9th 

• Discuss internal strengths, internal challenges

• Increase awareness across constituent groups of college service area demographics, labor market information, and external environmental factors

• Discuss external factors that impact college achievements in the next 6 years

• Identify opportunities to improve equitable outcomes for students

  • Identify possible student outcomes of focus (goals)
