the FalconRiders platform.

Location Permission

Background location may be used only during active rides where required
for ride tracking and safety.

always provide accurate results. FalconRiders does not guarantee precise
location accuracy at all times.
App Permissions
Depending on the features you use, FalconRiders may request access to:

- Photo Gallery
- Notifications
- Phone (for ride communication)
Permissions are requested only when required to provide specific
services.
Payments
Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment service
providers.
FalconRiders does not store complete card details, banking credentials
or sensitive payment information.
Payment providers process transactions according to their own privacy
policies and security standards.

FalconRiders is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of

account credentials, OTPs and login information.

FalconRiders is accurate, complete and up to date.
FalconRiders shall not be responsible for losses resulting from
unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.

FalconRiders services are intended only for users who are 18 years of
age or older.

where necessary to protect the rights, safety and security of
FalconRiders, its users or the public.
