1. About FalconRiders
FalconRiders is a ride booking platform that connects users with available drivers for transportation services.
FalconRiders helps users request rides, view trip details, track rides, and communicate with drivers.
2. User Account
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their:
• Mobile number
• OTP
• Login credentials
• Account information
Users must not share account access with others.
3. Ride Booking
Users must provide correct pickup and drop locations.
Ride availability, estimated fare, waiting time, and trip duration may vary depending on:
• Distance
• Traffic conditions
• Route changes
• Driver availability
• Demand
4. Driver Connection
FalconRiders connects users with drivers.
Drivers are independent service providers responsible for completing rides safely and following applicable laws.
5. Payments
Payments for rides may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment provider.
FalconRiders does not store complete card details or banking credentials.
6. Cancellation
Users may cancel rides according to the cancellation policy.
FalconRiders currently follows a zero cancellation charge policy.
7. User Conduct
Users must:
• Behave respectfully with drivers
• Provide correct information
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
The following activities are prohibited:
• Fake bookings
• Fraudulent activity
• Misuse of the application
• Abusive behavior
• Illegal activities
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Safety
Users should follow safety rules during trips.
Users are responsible for checking vehicle and driver details before starting a ride.
9. Service Availability
FalconRiders may temporarily limit or suspend services due to:

• Security reasons
• Operational requirements
10. Liability
FalconRiders is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Traffic
• Weather
• Road conditions
• Network problems
• External circumstances beyond control

Continued use of the application means acceptance of updated Terms.
