Cancellation:
FalconRiders currently provides ride booking services with zero cancellation charges.
Users can cancel rides before trip start without cancellation fees.
Refunds:
If any payment is deducted due to:
• Failed transactions
• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues
Eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method according to payment provider timelines.
