By using the FalconRiders Driver application, drivers agree to follow these Terms and Conditions, safety rules, and platform policies.
1. Driver Account
Drivers must provide accurate personal and vehicle information during registration.
Drivers must maintain valid:

• Vehicle registration
• Insurance documents
• Required permits (if applicable)
Drivers are responsible for updating expired documents.
2. Driver Responsibilities
Drivers must:
• Follow traffic rules and transportation laws
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness

• Treat riders respectfully
Drivers must not engage in:
• Fraudulent activities
• Fake trips

Accepting or completing rides must be done through the FalconRiders platform.
4. Earnings and Payments
Driver earnings, incentives, commissions, and platform charges are calculated according to FalconRiders policies.

Payment processing is subject to applicable provider terms.
5. Safety
Drivers must:

• Use required safety equipment
