I chose Educational Studies as my major here at Dominican, because I want to be an Elementary School Teacher! I've known from a very young age that I wanted to become a teacher, because of the teachers I had growing up. The impact they had on my life, is something I want to be as well for the upcoming generation. Working with students, is something special to me, seeing them learn and grow into the people they want to be is really why I want to be a teacher. 

My family is a huge part of my life. They have helped me grow into the person I want to be, and has supported me through everything.
