I've always been one to know how most of technology works, but I definitely learned some new things in this class. To start, I never knew that Microsoft Word had the ability and tools to cite all types of sources in whichever style necessary. I also learned more about the calculation shortcuts within excel software, like the SUMIF, COUNTIF, and AVERAGEIF functions. Lastly, I learned that Microsoft is more similar to Google than I thought as they both have the features of 2 or more people collaborating on the same document on all 3 of the programs.
