For this project we were tasked with discovering, exploring, and sharing different forms of digital media in an ethical manner.
It is an .mp3 file, so I copied the URL in order to share it from my website. The audio is shared under the Creative Commons 0 license, meaning it has been dedicated to the use of the public and there are no copyright laws attached to it. Creative Commons — CC0 1.0 Universal
To the left is an audio recording of basketball players playing in Santiago de Chile. I chose this because I have a game today, so basketball is all I can think about right now. Spanish is also my favorite subject, so that also influenced my decision to select this particular clip.
The image I decided to use was one my personal images; yes, it is a picture of me. The image file type is a .jpg and it was taken on an authentic Canon camera.
I do not care where this photo ends up because my face isn't in it, so I really am not declaring any credit must be given with the use of it.
Here's my lovely animation to the left. I discovered it on the GIPHY website. It's a clip of my favorite NBA player executing the best NBA highlight possible. Here is the link explaining the terms of service GIPHY User Terms of Service – GIPHY . It essentially says that the content is prohibited from commercial use, indicating that is only allowed for personal use.
For my video, I decided to go with an inspirational/motivational video. This is the late Kobe Bryant's "Mindset of a Winner," video that I discovered on YouTube. There was no information about usage policies or licensing on YouTube, which offered embed codes.

For this project I learned how to insert digital media into documents the correct way. New information of usage policies and licensing information was presented to me as well.
