Dispatchers also handle outbound accounts. These are accounts that have some form of follow up component from our clients. That may come in the form of leads, call back requests, or follow ups. We will be going over the accounts separately that fall into this category.
Outbound calls require us to be as personable as possible as, many times, callers are not expecting a call at that exact moment, whereas on inbound calls callers are waiting to have their call answered.
Making Outbound Calls to Clients and Customers:
Objective 1: You will confidently make outbound calls to clients and customers, clearly communicating the purpose of the call and providing accurate information.
Objective 2: You will handle various call scenarios, including cold calls, follow-ups, and problem resolution, adapting their approach to meet the specific needs of each interaction.
Objective 3: You will demonstrate effective call management techniques, including maintaining a professional tone, addressing client or customer concerns, and documenting call outcomes on the client's account.
Drop the account after every job. You will then need to fetch the account after you've completed one of the leads.
Depending on the account, we may have to manually dial out to leads. A good example is receiving a busy signal after dialing out (not a disconnected/wrong number.)
Do not process multiple leads on the same fetch of the account. We will need to process them separately.
Please return here after reviewing the accounts to complete the quiz!
