Learning Contract and Confidentiality Agreement

In order to use the Experiential Learning Commons facilities, follow the instructions on this page:

1.  Review both ELC Policy and Procedure Manual and the Gross Anatomy and Virtual Anatomy Lab Policies and Procedures Manuals below.

2. After reviewing both, submit the required information and agree to the Learning Contract and Confidentiality Agreement prior to attending the facility.
