Q: What kind of training courses do you offer?

A: We offer remote training  for St. Lucian Secondary School Visual Arts  Teachers. The training  focuses on the use of Experiential Engagement in the art classroom and uses the CAMDU Visual Arts Curriculum Guide as the basis for the training.


Q: How long does your training course last?

A: The duration of our training course is 6 weeks maximum. However participants have the freedom to complete the programme at times conducive to their schedule. At least Three Hours should be spent on each Unit. 


Q: Will the website dissolve after the 6 weeks?

A: The website will remain open and all participants will continue to have access to all resources provided until the end of the 2022-2023 academic year. 


Q: Do you offer certification or accreditation for your training courses?

A: Yes, certification  of participation will be offered through the TVET Unit


Q: How much do your training courses cost?

A: The training is completely free to all St. Lucian Visual Arts Teachers. 


Q: What kind of support do you offer during the training course?

A: We offer various forms of support during the training course, including email support, live chat, discussion forums, and Q&A sessions.


Q: Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to take your training courses?

A: Yes you need to be a practicing Visual Arts teacher at Secondary School level with experience in teaching and interacting with students in the context of art education. 


Q: What kind of learning materials do you provide for the training courses?

A: We provide various learning materials for our training courses, including access to the CAMDU Visual Arts Curriculum Guide, readings on experiential learning and the creative process, an editable CAMDU lesson plan and other videos and informative links.
