Teaching

Teaching at LUMC

Our lab contributes to teaching in the Medicine and Biomedical Sciences curriculum of the LUMC, both at the BSc, MSc and PhD level.  This involves lecturing, tutor sessions, in-lab projects and supervision for writing a research proposal.  Some people within our group have a formal teaching qualification (BKO), and others are working towards this.  PhD students and postdocs are encouraged to be involved in education.

• VU Amsterdam: Molecular Infection Biology (MSc)

In addition, we regularly give guest lectures in various courses and are happy to contribute to continuing (medical) education.
