What is Flexibility?
Flexibility is the ability to change plans with ease when setbacks, obstacles, or changes to a schedule come up. Flexibility is about being able to problem solve on the spot in order to figure out a solution to the change. It is an important skill as things don't always go as planned and you need to be able to make changes at any moment.
What are some examples of flexibility?
Re-arranging your schedule to meet with a teacher, coach, counselor at a different time
Accepting a change in the day's event
Being able to adjust when your not sure what is coming up next in a given situation
