Registration

Eligibility:

The following are eligible to submit an abstract*:

• High school students (JHU summer only) 

• Undergraduate students | Graduate students

• Nursing students | Medical students

• Clinical residents and house staff

• Postdoctoral research fellows | Clinical fellows    

*Historically underrepresented trainees at all levels are invited to submit abstracts. 

*We encourage diversity allies to join us in our Excellence in Diversity celebration. Thus, trainees do not need to belong to an underrepresented group in order to participate in the symposium and/or submit abstracts.

• Registration and abstract submission use a single form. Please register and submit your abstract at the same time. 

• You can choose to be considered for an award - Finalists from each category will be asked to give a short oral presentation.

• If you do not wish to submit an abstract, there is a registration only option. 

• Before you submit your abstract, please read the abstract and presentation guidelines here.

Important deadlines: 

        Abstracts for Posters due:          December 1st, 2023  

        Registration (without abstract submission) due:          December 13th, 2023
