Registration:  FREE for all*  

We welcome Hopkins affiliates, the regional scientific community, friends, and family. Historically underrepresented trainees at all levels are invited to submit abstracts. 

*We encourage diversity allies to join us in our Excellence in Diversity celebration. Thus, trainees do not need to belong to an underrepresented group in order to participate in the symposium and/or submit abstracts. 


Abstract & Registration Deadlines:  

Submit your Poster Abstract by December 1st, 2023       

You can opt to be considered for an award - finalists in each category will give an oral presentation on Dec 15th                      

*Abstract submission is not required to attend the symposium, but registration is mandatory. 

**Posters presented at other scientific meetings will be accepted.
