XL Team Drive

The XL Team drive is the XL Teams back office management function containing all of our operations, staff management folders, audit information etc – The level of access and your ability to view information or materials is dependent on the level of access required for your role.

The XL Drive is live drive and any amendments and changes appear live to all users.

The drive has many layers and folders including but not limited to ExcelEMS, XL Health, and Workforce

As an operational supervisor, your main access area will be within the workforce folders and in SUPERVISOR AREA.

To access the drive you will log in via your Excelems email address (If you have no access please contact shared services or your service delivery coordinator)

After logging in.

5 – Supervisors Area

6 – The supervisors Drive

The supervisor's area contains the operations log, supervision record and a team meeting information sheet, and three folders ( Employee files, The Care Certificate, and leavers)
