Welcome to XL Team - Online Training and Development.

ALL STAFF must undertake Statutory and mandatory Training annually and complete the Care Certificate within 16 weeks of commencing employment. 

The XL Team will send a reminder one month before training expiry, this is to be completed and will be monitored, failure to comply will result in Scheduling access being revoked/disciplinary action being taken.
