Contractor access on common areas
The HOA's insurance provider requires the Board to have a Certificate of Liability Insurance (with a minimum $1,000,000 in coverage) on file for all contractors on Association property, including contractors hired by homeowners that require access on common areas with a vehicle or other equipment.
Homeowners shall provide the Board with the following information:
The Board will communicate all requirements to your contractor directly. Access will not be approved until the Board receives a valid Certificate of Liability Insurance.
Any damages to the HOA's common areas will be the responsibility of the contractor. The homeowner may also be responsible for damages if prior authorization was not approved.
