Overview

The Evergreen Homeowners Association represents the 76 homes in Phase 1, which includes 35 single-family homes on Longwood Drive, 40 townhouses on Ridgeway Drive, and 1 single-family home on S. Madder Drive.

Established in 1998, the Evergreen HOA is governed by the Executive Board. The Executive Board is comprised of 5 homeowners elected by their fellow neighbors. Members of the Executive Board are non-paid volunteers who give their time to help maintain and improve the community.

Common Areas

The Evergreen HOA is responsible for the perpetual maintenance and care of three parcels of land in Phase 1—Open Space #1, #2, and #3—deeded to the Association by the developer. The maintenance responsibility includes:

8.28 acres of grass mowing, trimming, weed spraying and general landscaping
1. - Open Space #1 — 2.06 acres
  - Open Space #2 — 2.88 acres
  - Open Space #3 — 3.34 acres
Two stormwater detention areas and related infrastructure
Approximately 900 ft. of concrete sidewalks bordering Open Spaces #1, #2, and #3
Approximately 3,500 ft. of property boundaries
Approximately 4,800 ft. of walking paths
