Evergreen is a residential community of 326 homes in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. The neighborhood is comprised of five planned communities—each managed by a homeowners association (HOA).

The Evergreen HOA represents the 76 homes and three common areas in Phase 1.

Important Notice

New roofs shall be installed with GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Pewter Gray (or the equivalent color & style from manufacturers Owens Corning or CertainTeed) to comply with the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions, Section 5.1.3

Silver Spring Township requires homeowners to complete and file a Building and/or Zoning Permit Exemption form prior to replacing your roof.
