This is a recipe that I developed I think in 2009 or 2010 time frame. It is a simple, semi-homemade recipe. You can buy all the ingredients at your local grocery store and assemble them together, or make the ingredients from scratch.
2 packages of Athens Mini Fillo Shells (15 count each)
10 oz. Lemon Curd
3.5 oz. Cranberry sauce
Arrange Mini Fillo Shells onto a serving platter. Spoon ½ tablespoon of lemon curd into each of the shells. Top with ½ teaspoon of Cranberry sauce. Serve.
For a delicious Lemon Curd recipe for a more homemade touch, here is one of my favorites from Alton Brown.

For a tried and true Cranberry sauce recipe, here is the one I use from Ocean Spray.

You can add the zest of one orange or lemon to the cranberry sauce to take it up a notch.
