Steps to music videos by Pankaj Upadhayay and via my label Euphony Films:

My involvement: Writer, Director, DOP and Editor

1. Artist or talent contacts

2. Select/ discuss the song and track

3. Song recording either already done or recorded in a professional studio

4. Decide on visual presentation of the song

5. Commission the video shoot (story, shoot, edit, marketing)

5.5. Book with 20% advance fee

6. 2 to 4 weeks editing time/ post production

7. Video to release on Euphony Films label and marketed for maximum viewing

BRONZE

$400 - $500

Minimum of 1.5 hours of shoot and simple edits of say another 2 hours. Location and Catering by client. One edit allowed post submission of final video. Any extra time will be billed at $100 per hour

SILVER

$799 - $999

2-3 hours of shoot and edits of another 5 to 10 hours. Location and Catering by client. One edit allowed post submission of final video. Any extra time will be billed at $100 per hour

GOLD

$999 to $1,599

2.5 to 5 hours of shoot at 2 locations with client’s arrangement plus 15 to 20 hours of post - production. Location and Catering by client. 2 edits allowed post submission of final video. Any extra time will be billed at $100 per hour

DIAMOND

$1,599 - $5,999

Please discuss your ‘diamond’ requirement – customized to shoot the requirement of the song/ Video. Location and Catering by client.

MARKETING

$50 - $500 Advertisement spend

Marketing via social media pages of @euphonyfilms (Insta/ YouTube/ Facebook)

CINEMATOGRAPHY/ DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ONLY

$150 per hour

Or, $800 per day (8 hours)

PROFESSIONAL EDITING/ VFX

$75 per hour with minimum of 2 hours work
